Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging motion graphics and video content that meets our brand’s standards and resonates with our audience. You will work collaboratively with our marketing, design, and content teams to create a wide range of projects, from promotional videos to social media content and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for various platforms, including digital ads, social media, product presentations, explainer videos, etc.
 Edit video footage to create compelling visual narratives, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across projects.
 Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and manage the motion graphic team designs and storyboards.
 Utilize a deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and motion to bring ideas to life effectively.
 Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion design, video editing, and digital media.
 Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring consistent quality and creativity in all deliverables.
 Maintain organized project files, including managing assets and version control.
 Integrate audio, special effects, and other elements into motion graphics to enhance the viewer experience.

Requirements:
 3+ years of proven experience as a motion graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
 Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant tools.
 Solid understanding of video codecs, file formats, and best practices for video output and optimization for different platforms.
 Strong creativity and the ability to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling in various styles and formats.
 Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
