Designation – Manager Finance

Experience – 3 – 5 Years 

Salary Range – 6 – 8 LPA 

Location – Nariman Point, Mumbai 

Work Timings 10.00 AM TO 7.30 PM
5/6 Days Company – 5 DAYS 

1) The candidate will be a CA, CA Inter or appeared for CA Final
2) 3-5 yrs of experience overall in the finance domain including taxation and
compliance.
3) Having worked in an NBFC or Fin tech start-up would be an added
advantage.
4) Have worked in a high growth challenging environment.
5) Should be comfortable handling large amounts of data, and providing
regular (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) financial reporting (various MIS)
6) The candidate will probably represent company in front of India's top
financial institutions and govt authorities from time to time
7) The candidate will be responsible for working with senior management
to develop financial strategies for the organization.
8) Personality traits: No-excuses, Result Oriented, Focused on working to
one's full potential, Doesn’t shy away from stretching orthodox
boundaries to grow.
9) You have represented your company/clients in front of Tax
Authorities successfully or must have successfully handled scrutiny cases.
10) Understands and follows guidelines from regulators

Experience:

 Corporate finance / Accounting / Taxation: 3-5 years (Required)
 Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
 Should have handled a team of 3 or more people

Key Responsibilities:
 Complete financial accounting and forecasting for the NBFC & group
companies
 Deliver reports, MIS and metrics to leadership
 Complete all compliances for group companies in time
 Lead financial meetings with India 's top Financial Institutions
 Prepare presentations & excels for any investor queries
 Occasionally represent any of group companies in front of any govt
authorities
 Interact and drive partners/vendors to perform to their fullest
potential
 Create and nurture relationships with country's top FIs & Fintech
company
 Hiring & empowering a motivated team for the NBFC.
Qualifications
 CA having minimum 3 – 7 years of relevant experience
 Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
etc.)
 Detail-oriented and analytical
 Good in managing and nurturing relations
