 Coordinating with all the branches staff of Non-USA vertical.
 Training on regular intervals.
 Sales & acquisition 
 Leads Generation 
 Client Handling (typical cases handling with all the branches if required) 
 Issues and exclamation 
 Sales responsibilities 
 Target achievement 
 Regular monitoring
 Daily Report from Team members and consolidated report to CEO.
 Interacting with marketing team planning and development of leads and walk-ins 
 Interacting with marketing team for in house and outdoor campaign presentations
 Regular auditing and quality check (Walkins form, reports and call checking)
 Attending seminars of Universities (Collaboration with delegates )
 Updating the all related countries counseling manual (ready records)
 Interacting with new Employee in department and giving training.
