Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that appointments align with the prospect’s needs and objectives.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting.
  • Exceptional English speaking and listening skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to different prospect scenarios.
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
