Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers within target organizations.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that appointments align with the prospect’s needs and objectives.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting.
- Exceptional English speaking and listening skills.
- Strong self-motivation and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to different prospect scenarios.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes is a plus.
