1. Network Management:
Set up, configure, and maintain network infrastructure,
including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access
points.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity
issues.
Implement and enforce network security measures, such as
firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
2. Server Management:
Set up, configure, and maintain network infrastructure,

3. User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware,
software, and network issues.
Install and configure software applications on user devices.
Assist with user account management, including access control
and password resets.
4. Security and Compliance
Implement and manage security measures to protect IT
systems from cyber threats, viruses, and malware.
Stay up-to-date with security best practices and implement
necessary updates and patches.
Enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with data
protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
5. Data Management:
Manage data storage solutions, including file servers,
databases, and cloud storage.
Monitor data integrity and implement backup and recovery
strategies.
Handle data migration and archiving as needed.
6. Software and Hardware Management:
Evaluate, procure, and manage software licenses and hardware
assets.
Maintain an inventory of hardware and software resources.
Plan and execute hardware and software upgrades or
replacements.
7. Monitoring and Reporting:

11. Vendor Management:
Coordinate with technology vendors for procurement,
maintenance, and support.
12. Emergencies and Troubleshooting:
Respond to and resolve critical IT issues promptly to minimize
downtime.
