Job Description
Handle the hiring process from JD to on-boarding.
Handle formalities during retrenchment, termination, or resignation from employees
Good with sourcing
Letter Drafting (Terminations, warnings, Amendments, etc.)
HR Payroll
Maintaining attendance of employees
Uploading & Maintaining Employee Database
Attendance & Leave Tracker Management for employees.
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and
compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Talent Checklist
● A prior experience of 1 to 5 years in HR
● Bachelor’s Degree in Bcom or BA
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant Information
We work 5 days a week from 9:30 to 6:30 and any 2
Saturdays of the month
