About the Role

 Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews
Manage onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain HR records and employee database
Support employee engagement and HR operations
Coordinate with management for workforce planning and hiring strategies
Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and office discipline

 Desired Candidate Profile
Fresher or 3+ years of HR experience
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong academic background is mandatory
Preference for candidates from reputed universities/colleges with top academic ranking/scholar background
Confident, professional, and leadership-oriented personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
