We are a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of premium uPVC & Aluminium Doors and Windows, committed to delivering quality, durability, and innovation. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our growth strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall sales strategy, planning, and execution for the Telangana and Hyderabad market.
• Drive business development, channel sales, and project-based sales within the building materials industry.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team; provide mentorship, training, and performance oversight.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to realign sales strategies.
• Collaborate closely with production, installation, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management.
  
  Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry (preferably in uPVC, aluminium doors/windows, glass, hardware, or related segments).
  • Strong knowledge of the Hyderabad & Telangana market including key influencers and customer segments.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across regions (AP, Telangana, and Karnataka) as required.
  • Fluent in English and Telugu (Hindi/Kannada will be an added advantage).
