Key Responsibilities:*
● Actively visit hosiery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers as per route plan
● Demonstrate product samples (using company-provided trolley bag) and collect orders
● Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers
● Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
● Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities
● Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
● Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and issue resolution
● Submit travel reports and customer feedback regularly
*Requirements:*
● Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in hosiery/garment industry
● Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
● Physically fit and comfortable with daily field work and carrying trolley bag
● Good communication and negotiation skills
● Proven track record in achieving sales targets
● Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for reporting.
