Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage online sales channels and support digital marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing online presence, executing digital campaigns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings across leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplaces.
  • Monitor product descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, and catalogue accuracy to improve visibility and sales.
  • Support execution of digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, WhatsApp Marketing, Email Marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics for timely order processing and fulfilment.
  • Track marketplace performance, sales reports, campaign performance, and customer insights.
  • Assist in SEO activities including keyword research, product optimization, and improving search rankings.
  • Manage social media content planning, posting schedules, and engagement activities.
  • Identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to improve online business performance.
  • Support promotional activities, offers, and campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and D2C business models.
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts, keyword optimization, and analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of online sales processes and customer journey.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with experience in e-commerce/D2C companies will be preferred.
  • Freshers with strong interest in digital marketing and online sales are welcome.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. will be an added advantage.
