Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with excellent communication and internet handling skills. The candidate should have prior experience in handling customer queries through Chat and Emails, preferably in Software Support processes.

The role requires flexibility to support occasional weekend work and remote support sessions whenever required, with compensatory offs provided accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and support requests via Chat and Email.
  • Provide timely and professional resolutions to customer issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
  • Manage and maintain customer communication records.
  • Assist customers with software-related support and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (Speaking & Writing) – 9/10 proficiency preferred.
  • Strong email drafting and customer handling abilities.
  • Excellent internet and online research skills.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support processes via Chat/Emails.
  • Basic understanding of software support processes will be preferred.
  • Should be comfortable handling occasional weekend responsibilities and remote support sessions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience in Customer Support / Software Support preferred.
  • Candidates from Desktop Support, System Administration, or Hardware Support backgrounds will not be considered.
  • No gender preference.
