Job Responsibilities –  
Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
Providing technical direction
Complying with service standards work instructions and customers requirements.
Assisting with customers queries.
Attend every call of customers and provide solutions
Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions to customers  .
liable to take or crosscheck with customers / clients about the feedback of complaints

 Education and Experience

 B -tech-at least -2 year experience
Flexible to understanding  about advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
Working knowledge of  Refrigeration systems.
Excellent , verbal and interpersonal skills.
Good Liaoning Skills with clients
