Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and goal-oriented CRM Executives/Inside Sales Executives to manage inbound and outbound calls, track leads in CRM systems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage leads and customer interactions using Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with customers and provide support.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inbound and outbound calling.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
