We are looking for an out of box thinker to deliver high quality research based potential conference topics and commercially viable events. He/ She will be responsible for curating a conference programme, inviting speakers, and liaising with speakers to ensure attendance, organize or assist in the organizing of the event, as the case may be and to attend to all matters relating to conducting a successful event.
The work life of Conference Producer would be –
i. Responsible for researching topics and recommending topics on which conferences could be held, given the latest trends.
ii. Conducting Telephonic Research with Target Market to develop an Innovative Conference Agenda.
iii. Communicate with the Key Industry figures to determine the validity of the proposed topic, sub themes, timing and location.
iv. Source, Engage and aboard potential speakers for the conferences.
v. Assist in the development of Conference direction and topics by discussion with industry experts.
vi. Keen learner for B2B sectors.
vii. Conduct research and gather industry intelligence to determine the commercial viability and timing of a conference programme.
viii. Communicate marketing plans and works closely with the various team members to ensure milestones of the events are on target.
ix. Provide excellent services and professionalism from pre-to-post events.
Requirements –
i. BMM Graduate or MBA Marketing.
ii. Strong Verbal and Written Communication.
