 Job Description
– Responsible for leading and supervising employees to ensure productivity/efficiency of operations. – Providing direction on how best to handle tasks across different functional departments ensuring satisfaction of customers and team members. – Suggest and implement strategies that improve overall profitability and satisfaction of all the stakeholders. – Managing KRAs and KPI of the employees and support in overall performance of employees and business.
Required Skills 
 – Organizational and leadership skills including outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. – Proactiveness and ability to complete the deliverables on time responsibly.  – Knowledge of MS Excel Basic excel tools/Google sheets/ Willing to learn the same. – Stability and mindset to grow with the company for a long period of time.
