Responsibilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage client relationships effectively
⚫ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
⚫ Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
⚫ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
⚫ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
⚫ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
⚫ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
⚫ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
⚫ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
⚫ Proactively follow ups the leads
⚫ Calling the leads & convert into sales
⚫ Maintain accurate & detailed records of call made & result achieved.
⚫ Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly
⚫ Build innovative strategies to retain key clients .
⚫ Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
⚫ Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event
formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event.
⚫ Meet prospective clients, ideate, create presentations, prepare proposals, generate
business and meet sales targets
⚫ To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery
