Ability to manage client relationships effectively

⚫ Calling the leads & convert into sales
⚫ Maintain accurate & detailed records of call made & result achieved.
⚫ Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly
⚫ Build innovative strategies to retain key clients .
⚫ Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
⚫ Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event
formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event.
