Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MBA fresher to join our Business Development team in the workplace interiors segment. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in B2B sales and corporate client management. You will support the Business Development Manager in identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and business opportunities
· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
· Initiate contact with prospective clients, brokers, and consultants
· Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior Business Development team members
· Maintain and update lead databases and track follow-ups regularly
· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communication materials
· Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members when required
· Ensure consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities
Required Skills
· MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· High level of confidence and willingness to engage in cold calling/Meeting clients
· Good organizational and time management abilities
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and execution
Preferred Profile
· Internship or project experience in sales, business development, or marketing
· Interest in B2B sales, corporate clients, or the interiors/real estate industry
· Basic understanding of client relationship management and sales processes
