Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, distributors, sports organizations, universities, research institutions, and healthcare partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Schedule meetings with key decision-makers and present the company’s solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, partnership documents, and sales pitches.
• Coordinate with international principals, clients, and business partners.
• Work closely with the sales, technical, and management teams to support business growth.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare business development reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with domestic as well as international clients.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, technology, or B2B business development will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to CRM tools and international business communication is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as and when required.
