Job description:
1-5 years of proven experience as an IT Business Development Executive.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
Write compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements across Web Development, Mobile apps, and Digital Marketing.
Collaborate with the technical team to create project estimates, timelines, and custom strategies.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and deal closures.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Participate in client calls and discussions to understand requirements and close deals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
