Online Bidder/ Business Development Executive specializes in generating new business from
various Bidding Portals present these days like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr. He/ she
is involved in the communication with clients and achieving targets. The person is
responsible for Proposal Writing, Follow Up, Requirement Gathering, Project Coordination, and
Link Between the Development Team & Client from the very start till it is delivered to the
concern. Keyword/ Skills Business Development, Online Bidding, Web Marketing, Online sales,
IT Marketing, Client Interaction, Excellent Communication Skills
Job Essential Requirements:
Online bidding: Should be specialized in generating new business from various Bidding Portals
present these days like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr.
Client Handling – Must have some sort of prior experience in handling International clients
Proficient In Proposal – Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement
gathering
Marketing Skills – Reaching out and generating new business and clients for wide range of
services in field of Web/Mobile Development (Native + Hybrid), Front-end (React.js, Angular.js
etc), Back-end (Java, Python, PHP, Node.js)
Social Media – Able to use social media to generate sales leads
Meeting Deadlines – Ability to handle pressures of sales targets and work as per tight deadlines.
Competitor Tracking – Track and analyze competitor activities.
Management Skills – Manage & mentor business development executives.
Meeting Clients – Ensuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service
quality norms.
Analyzing Skills – Ability to analyze business Challenges, identify problems and be able to
propose solutions for the same.
Client Relations – Maintain top order client relations and be able to sustain them in all situations.
Preferred Requirements: Disciplined – Must be disciplined and target oriented.
Relationship – Passion and flair for sales and relationship building.
Software Experience – Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
Capability – Should have the capability to lead initiatives, problem solving
Attitude – Should be a person of positive attitude, progressive thoughts and loyal to the company.
Confidential – Be able to keep things confidential and have an understanding of retaining vital
information from leaking out.
Confident – He/ She should be a confident negotiator and have the ability to close a deal.
Communication Skills – Must have excellent communication skills in English both verbal and
written.
Management Skills – Exceptional interpersonal & Time Management skills along with good
organizational skills.
Adjustable – Candidate should be able to work as per the time requirements of different countries
and have a pleasing persona.
