Job Description:
A Business Analyst with 3 to 12 years of experience preferably in multiple products or software projects/modules in requirement gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Requirement Gathering: To sit with client’s team and understand their requirements in detail.
• Documentation and Analysis: To prepare a detailed Business Requirement document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD – preferable not mandatory) of client’s requirements using user stories, flow chart and other similar tools. UML would be an added advantage.
• Analysis: To analyse the client’s requirements and document the same and share with project manager.
• Be part of the implementation team during requirement gathering, and acceptance tests for both internal/external customers as well as support during the post-implementation phase.
• Write SOPs, checklists for frequent queries/issues, User manuals, etc.
• Essential Skills
• Ability to ask questions
Good communication skills, strong listening skills with a flexible and positive approach to work
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Candidate must be willing to accept responsibility and deliver to the expectations
• Willingness to travel to client site for Implementation / Discussion etc.
