1. Ability to prepare bids, negotiate where required and convert the bids into orders.
2. Be able to interact with the decision making level of Customers.
3. Candidates should possess sound knowledge of techno-commercial aspects related to
switchgear sales and marketing. Should be able to handle large contracts independently.
4. Build relationships with Customers and maintain the same.
5. Business Development of new products is able to get approvals from technical authorities.
6. Be able to map the industry environment and competitor strengths and weaknesses.
7. Be able to formulate plans and implement these for pan India growth of the product
portfolio.
