2. Forecasting and preparing monthly/quarterly/annual projections for the territory
3. Developing the territory to increase market penetration, and expand Market Share
4. Ensuring utmost customer satisfaction & maintain cordial relationship with the existing
Channel partners/parties
5. Regular interaction with the Channel partners/parties to ensure increased repeat business.
6. Developing new markets and open new horizons for the company.
7. Market Analysis of the competitor policies & their activities, for developing Strategic
growth plans for the territory
8. Ensuring effective territory management through on-boarding of the new channel partners/parties.
9. Monitoring and coordinating for timely dispatch of material to the parties
10. Management of stocks & inter-branch movement for ensuring zero stock-out position
11. Payment collection and ensuring Outstanding control within Credit limits provided to the parties
12. Managing and Coordinating Warranty & After Sales Service for positive after-market reputation.
13. Market Research on Battery Industry.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Graduates with professional experience of around 5 years in Channel Management
2. The candidate should have good experience and connect with the OEMs, Dealers/Distributors
for the sales of SMF Batteries or other associated solutions.
3. Should have Basic understanding of the battery industry for EV, SOLAR, UPS, WEIGHING SCALE AND OTHER INDUSTRIES.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Electronics/Battery Industry background will be preferred.
