Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase market penetration in uncovered areas of North India
• Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors and dealers, ensuring proper onboarding and training
• Conduct frequent field visits, especially in rural regions, to build strong market presence and customer relationships
• Lead and supervise a team of marketing executives, setting targets and monitoring their performance
• Analyze regional sales data, monitor competitor activity, and recommend improvements to meet and exceed targets
• Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, customer service, finance) for smooth execution of sales operations
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Promote brand visibility through local marketing and promotional initiatives

• Proficiency in MS Office tools and sales reporting systems
