Responsibilities
To handle a team of technicians on daily basis
To provide training to the technicians and upgrade their skill sets on regular basis Drive improvements and increase efficiencies and consistency within the After Sales team
Define and manage co-ordination of the long range strategic plans for the after sales business based on future business growth.
To guide customers with technical guidance of the product Job requirement
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi both).
Well groomed and presentable personality.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Minimum 2-3 year experience in bathroom fitting industry.
