Qualification:
• Diploma / Graduate from a recognized institution
• 3–5 years of Administration experience
Requirements:
• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
Key Responsibilities:
• Overall administration of office and facilities
• Housekeeping, security and maintenance management
• Travel, hotel and transport arrangements
• Vendor development and contract management
• Asset management and record maintenance
• Utility management and cost control
• Facility inspections and compliance monitoring
• Event and meeting coordination
• AMC and service provider management
• Support statutory and audit requirements related to administration
• Preparation of MIS reports and administrative budgets
