Job description 

 Calculate customer/supplier account balances and ensure accuracy.
 Compile the relevant business documentation used for banking processes.
 Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
 Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
 Perform month-end closing accounts activities.
 Process data using the accounting system.
 Process payroll transactions.
 Record and process all business transactions.
 Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure
and finance costs.
 Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
 Retrieve reports from the accounting system for use.
 Use appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis.
 Must have knowledge of Tally and Busy software.
