Job Description:

• Work schedule from 10 AM PST to 6 PM PST (Monday to Saturday, Saturday will be a 4-hour shift).
• Advanced US English comprehension and communication skills.
• Coordinate with customers and support them with the process from sales to fulfillment, solving any problems that might arise in the process.
• Ability to schedule site surveys and installations as per the due process.
• Update the customers on their project on a weekly basis.
• Build rapport and maintain healthy client relationships with professionalism.
• Stay on Zoom for the entirety of their schedule.
• Advanced US English comprehension and communication skills.
