Candidate should have experience in sales of medical equipment in the government sector and he needs to travel to the Tricity and Haryana location.
And interview mode will be F2F in Panchkula location, he should have experience on govt tender or projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through effective sales techniques.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize product penetration in the assigned territory.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and competitor products.
Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to healthcare professionals.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding product performance and market trends.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Adhere to ethical standards and practices in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (pharmacy, life sciences, business, etc.).
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and convey complex scientific information.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, and pharmaceutical products.
