Job Description:- 

Design and Planning:

• Develop detailed engineering plans and specifications for road and under bridge projects, considering factors such as traffic flow, soil conditions, and environmental impact.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
• Utilize engineering software and tools to create accurate design models and simulations.

Construction Management:

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Quality Assurance and Control:

• Perform quality inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes to identify and mitigate potential risks and defects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, inspections, and test results.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate road and bridge designs with surrounding infrastructure and urban development plans.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project expenses and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and hazards associated with road and bridge construction projects.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect workers and the public.
