planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
responding to emergencies.
diagnosing faults.
repairing equipment and testing repairs.
managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities :-
supervising contractors and technical staff.
ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
creating maintenance procedures.
keeping records of faults and repairs.
Required Skills :-
Good verbal and written communication skills.( English, Hindi & Local Language)
An ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent technical skills and knowledge.
