Job Description: 

Experience in Canon printer /scanner repair will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Repair:
Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of printer hardware and software issues.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring printers meet manufacturer specifications.

Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for printers.
Conduct routine checks and inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving printer-related issues.

Installation and Configuration:
Install, configure, and set up new printers according to client requirements.
Ensure proper integration with existing systems and networks.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all printer repairs and maintenance activities comply with quality standards and guidelines.
Conduct quality checks after each service to verify the effectiveness of repairs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in printer repair and maintenance.
• Technical certifications in printer repair and related technologies are a plus.
