Administration (General Affairs) & corporate solutions.
Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business and meeting customer expectations within the
boundary of the contract.
Monitor resource requirements based on the forecasting, and budgetary parameters, and make

Access control, operation of physical security, CCTV, BMS, and all critical equipment.
Should be responsible for managing all existing & new contracts, retention of the existing business, and
establishing of the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.
Maintaining relationships with clients.
Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
Good command over employee’s safety and safe work methods under any circumstances
Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with
company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to
management and product development
Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
Oversee and ensure all the operations and maintenance of critical and none critical Equipment
Skills and qualifications
Technical certification such as Bachelor in Electrical /Mechanical engineering
Superb computer competence, including database management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience
in a Management level position especially in Real estate.
Have a strong background in Technical & Soft Skills.
Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
Strong Project Management skills.
Ability to communicate in more than one language
