-Specific domain Knowledge – Call Centre, Financial Instrument, Investment Advisory firm Domain Sales
-1 to 2 Years of Financial Instrument, Investment Advisory,
Call Center Experience –
Training
CRM Experience is preferable.
Responsibilities.
-To train the new recruits on soft skills/voice & accent and bring them up to the expected benchmark, before they hit the floor.
-Ensuring Improvement of Quality Scores of Dos
-Custodian of Process and Product document
-Responsible for completing the training within the defined time frame and handover to sales
-Responsible for conducting refreshers training programs based on the training need analysis.
-Responsible for Process Improvement Plan (performance management)
-Has to ensure that all the data relating to training are populated in the training event
management within the time frame agreed upon.
-Responsible to increase training throughput for the respective batch.
-Responsible for the training deliverable) for the aligned process only
