Experience: 5 years plus experience

Salary: 24k to 30k plus perks

Location: NCR, Gurgaon and Noida.

Company: Real Estate

Experience

a. Hardcore sales experience in Real estate market in the areas mentioned.

b. Should be 25 plus in age

c. Has to have minimum of 5 years plus experience in hardcore sales and not just pre-sales or lead generating activity.

d. Needs to have a thorough understanding of the real estate business.

e. Domiciles of Delhi would be given high preference. Otherwise he must have spent not less than 12 to 15 years in Delhi.

f. Should have good presentation skills. Would be required to prepare a power point presentation and present it before the selectors at the time of interview.

Job Description

1. He would be in charge of conducting both inbound and outbound training in the area that he is selected for.

2. He would be training the real estate brokers on various aspects of selling properties, using apps and CRM etc.

3. He would also be involved in content development and incorporating real market case studies in the modules.

4. He would be required to go with the sales team on power calls and understand the various nuances of the game.
