Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in Mumbai.
Develop strategic plans and initiatives to capitalize on identified opportunities, including geographic targeting, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies.
Actively prospect for potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and opportunities for follow-up, using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met effectively.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensuring a smooth post-sale experience.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, promoting Artevenue’s extensive range of art and framing products and personalized décor items.
Create and implement effective sales strategies, including sales funnels, follow-up protocols, and pricing optimization, to drive revenue growth.

Skills:-
Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
Proficiency in spoken Hindi.
Comfortable using MS Office for document management and reporting.
2-3 years of previous work experience in either sales and marketing or the home décor industry.
