Read More »Role Responsibilities:
1. Visiting to architects, builders and promoters.
2. Visiting to real estate projects and meeting with property owners.
3. Showing product catalogues.
4. Understanding client’s needs.
5. Closing the deals and revenue generation.
6. Appointment of new dealer and distributor.
7. After sales support.
8. Team management.
Meeting with monthly targets sales and client meetings. Ensure accurate and efficient designs
are being generated and presented to the customers meeting with architect/Interior Designer
and other outdoor meeting.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation
activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client
questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals.
Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients
at client meetings.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database
(Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or
exceeding annual sales goals.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short-
and long-term business development plans.
Required Candidate profile
1. Candidate with minimum 8+ years of hardcore sales/ business development experience in
Modular Kitchen Industry.
2. Pleasing personality
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact
with potential customers/clients
4. Persuasive and goal-oriented
5. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
6. Demonstrated and proven sales results
7. Ability to work independently or as a team player
8. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Excel)
