Key Responsibilities:
1. Connect with qualified leads (no cold calling) to understand their lighting needs.
2. Provide consultative sales support, recommending decorative and architectural lighting options suited to the client’s space and design intent.
3. Build relationships with architects, designers, and builders.
4. Offer site visits or invite clients to experience our lighting centers.
5. Handle queries via calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, or walk-ins.
6. Confidently close high-ticket sales and identify upselling opportunities.
7. Coordinate with design, logistics, and production teams for seamless client experience.
8. Maintain follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
