Job Responsibilities.
Arranging Hotel Booking, Flight Booking, other transport bookings as per the Travel itineraries very effectively.
. Maintain a high level of exposure for the Flight, hotel & Group sales
. Follow up with clients by phone/email about their queries.
. Keeping track of documentation, payments.
. Help customers plan & book packages by conversing with them over phone & Email.
. Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set
. Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings
. Ensure that selling strategies are adhered to during negotiations and maximize up selling opportunities.
. Ensure comprehensive and up to date knowledge of properties’ unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies.
. Knowledge should be dealt with b2b
. Prior experience in Immigration / Sales (Specially in Visa & Travel Industry)
. Preparing reports, case notes, interview notes, correspondence, and other material in relation to visa matters as per VFS Global
. Be up to date in regard to any changes or amendments to the Visas laws/rules / regulations, changes in forms/formats and other procedures, and keep the internal and external clients advised of such changes
. Complete Visa processes within the agreed service level agreements and escalate any delays to the manager
