Position Overview: The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and facilitating the sales process. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Sales Coordinator acts as a bridge between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team in preparing and managing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Generate and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the sales team and management.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Maintain organized records of sales documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing sales-related presentations and materials.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Any graduate or Post graduate
• Proven experience in a sales support, coordination, or administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Team player who can collaborate across different departments.
