Job Description :-

Lead generation for branding services in international & national markets through online portals and social media; generate new business.

Coordination between dealer/customer, executive and factory from order generation to delivery of goods,

Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on SAP).

Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Have to Coordinate with Clients, understand their needs, find inventories from database/website & send proposals, follow, arrange site visits for them, negotiations, deal closure, etc

Coordinate with sales team and clients

Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
