Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and target potential clients in the packaging industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and analyze competition.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Present company products and services effectively to clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with customers.
• Work closely with the production and design teams to meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and suggest improvements in marketing strategies.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of printing and packaging products and processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
