Job Summary:
As a QuickBooks Technical Support Specialist, you will be the frontline support for our clients, helping them solve a wide range of technical issues related to QuickBooks. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a deep understanding of QuickBooks functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide efficient and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
 Troubleshoot and resolve various QuickBooks issues, including installation errors, data migration problems, network issues, and software malfunctions.
 Guide clients through detailed, step-by-step solutions in a clear, understandable manner.
 Keep up-to-date with the latest QuickBooks features and updates to offer knowledgeable support.
 Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer support database.
 Collaborate with the technical team to enhance support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
 Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved and to gather feedback.

Job Skill & Qualifications:
 2-3 years of experience in QuickBooks support or a related technical support role.
 Strong understanding of QuickBooks software and its applications in a business environment.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
 Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
 A patient and customer-oriented approach to support.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
 Engineering Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
