Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing Quality Department. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, process control, and quality assurance systems along with knowledge of ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct IQC (Incoming Quality Control) to inspect and verify raw materials and incoming components.
• Perform routine PQC (Process Quality Control) to monitor quality throughout the production process.
• Carry out FQC (Final Quality Control) before dispatch to ensure product compliance and defect-free shipment.
• Operate and handle quality instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, etc.
• Support implementation and compliance with ISO standards and documentation procedures.
• Identify quality gaps and assist in corrective & preventive action (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality consistency and process adherence.
• Maintain inspection records, reports, and data logs for audits and traceability.
• Assist in improving overall process quality and reduce rejection ratio.
• Prepare quality MIS reports using MS Office tools.
  
  Skills & Knowledge Required

• Hands-on experience with Quality Measuring Instruments.
• Good knowledge of IQC / PQC / FQC procedures.
• Understanding of ISO Standards & Documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Production Processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
