Profile – Sales Executive

Experience – 3 to 8 years

Salary – up to 6 Lakhs PA

Qualification:  Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering

Gender preference – Male

– Experience is labor sourcing and handling.

– Experience in Residential Apartment and Villa projects independently.

– Experience in finishing work.

– Assign, Co-Ordinate and supervise work at the project site.

– Provide schedules for workers.

– Assign tasks to each team of workers, and monitor hourly progress.

– Liaise with contractors, Managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain co-ordinated.

– Coordinate with Architects and other Consultants for drawings, BOQ’s, and work Schedule.

– Organizing the materials and manpower necessary to complete the project.

– Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.

– Create MIS Reports on BOQ, Work Progress.
