Designation –   Production Engineer
Experience –  4+  Years
Salary – upto 3.5 LPA
Qualification – Diploma Surface Coating, Diploma Powder Coating, BSc Chemistry.
Location – Pune

Role: Production Supervisor Achieve Target According to Quality Standards.

Job Profile

1. Working Experience & Knowledge of Powder Coating Process on and Plant.
2. Knowledge and Experience Working on Pre-treatment Chemical Process before the Powder Coating.
3. Knowledge of demineralized water (DM Water) plants. Knowledge of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP Plant).
4. Knowledge and Experience of handling measuring electrostatic powder gun, adjustment and setting best run parameters of electrostatic powder gun.
5. Knowledge and Experience of handling measuring instruments such as thickness checking by DFT Meter, Adhesion Tester etc.
6. Daily target achieving of Production Schedule, first piece inspection, Manpower Supervision & Controlling.
7. Process Troubleshooting and Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions.
8. Ensure 5S & Industrial Safety.
9. Computer Operating & ERP System Data Entry and generate various reports.
