Job Profile

1. Working on Mechanical Press 160 Ton, 80 Ton; Pneumatic & Hydraulic Press.
2. Knowledge and Experience of Stamping, Bending, Shearing, Piercing, Trimming, Punching, Notching, Embossing etc Sheet Metal Process.
3. Knowledge of Press Die & Tools.
4. Knowledge and Experience of handling measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Profile Projector etc.
5. Daily target achieving of Production Schedule, first piece inspection, Manpower Supervision & Controlling.
6. Process Troubleshooting and Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions.
7. Ensure 5S & Industrial Safety.
8. Computer Operating & ERP System Data Entry and generate various reports.
