Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction, building, and warehouse
supplies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and warehouse teams to identify material and
Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.•
Monitor supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Purchasing Operations:
• Cost Control & Budget Management:
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and support decision-making
Qualifications:Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Civil
Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
Experience:
• 7-12 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or building materials
industry.
• Proven experience managing large-scale purchases and vendor relationships.
Skills:
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction materials, tools, and warehouse supplies.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder.
