Recruiter (Remote – PST Hours)

• Work Schedule: 9 AM – 5 PM PST, Monday to Friday
• Use a power dialer to call and engage with a high volume of candidates
• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
• Schedule and manage interviews efficiently
• Attend and actively participate in Zoom & Google Meet interviews
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet hiring goals
• Stay on Zoom for the entirety of the schedule
• Advanced US English comprehension & communication skills
• Tech-savvy, proficient in power dialers, Zoom, and Google Meet

Strong organizational, time management, and rapport-building skills
