Read More »The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and execuƟng marketing strategies that align with our business goals.This role involves managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaboraƟng with various teams to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive markeƟng strategies to achieve company objecƟves and drive growth.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage markeƟng campaigns across mulƟple channels, including digital, social media, email, and tradiƟonal media.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to idenƟfy opportuniƟes and threats in the market. Content CreaƟon: Develop and oversee the creaƟon of compelling content for various plaƞorms, including blogs, social media, and adverƟsing materials.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and ensure consistency across all markeƟng materials and communicaƟons.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of markeƟng campaigns. Prepare reports and adjust strategies as needed based on insights.
CollaboraƟon: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align markeƟng efforts with overall business objecƟves.
BudgetManagement: Manage the markeƟng budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effecƟvely and that spending stays within budget.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in MarkeƟng, Business AdministraƟon, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a markeƟng role, with a track record of successful campaign management and strategy development.
Strong understanding of digital markeƟng, social media plaƞorms, SEO/SEM, and content markeƟng.
Excellent communicaƟon, wriƟng, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with markeƟng soŌware and tools (e.g., Google AnalyƟcs, CRM systems, email markeƟng plaƞorms).
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
CreaƟve thinker with strong problem-solving skills and aƩenƟon to detail.
Experience managing budgets and working within financial constraints. Preferred Skills:
Experience in lighƟng industry.
Familiarity with graphic design tools
Knowledge of markeƟng plaƞorms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage mulƟple projects simultaneously.
